Hacking The Bigs Project, updating the roster

I don't know about you all but I think this is by far the best baseball game for the Wii. The other day, my friend and I were saying "wouldn't it be cool if we can get this game with an updated roster". So that lead me to rip the game and check it out.

I believe I found the roster file. Check the screenshot, its under ROOT-database-default.bcd

When I open the file under UltraEdit using text mode, I get this. Notice the players names are in alphabetical order

I'm just wondering if I'm way over my head here or would it be possible to switch these players to different teams?

It could be possible. I will have to find The Bigs for the Wii before I can check.
