Gaming Tales of Xillia / Xillia 2 for PS4 Digital?

I don't own a PS3 or PS4 but am looking to buy a PS4 Slim sometime later this year. I really want to play Tales of Xillia / Xillia 2 but it looks like they're only for the PS3. Does the PlayStation Store have these games as a digital download for the PS4? If not, I'm still getting the PS4 Slim but I guess I'll have to make due with Persona 5 Royal instead.

I don't believe those games came out for the ps4.

You can buy them on PS4 and play them on PS5 or .....

I thought you meant legit games, not ones that run on an emulator.

I know about RPCS3. But I prefer the legit games on physical or digital media. Thanks.

As of right now both Xillia games are Ps3 exclusives and no announcements of a port.
