Homebrew system transfer from n3ds oem to n3ds with a9hl

i just bought a new 3ds xl with custom firmware a9hl, is there anyway i can system transfer my data from my old 3ds factory setting to the new 3ds with a9hl without damaging the custom firmware ? sorry to ask guys but i am noob with these.

You can system transfer fine and it will not do anything to your CFW
