it's more about preference for me. I personally like system config tool.
I prefer Saviine since it dumps saves in 5 minutes, and Wup Installer GX2 install everything for me easily.
But, right. It's matter of preference.

What features work and what don't I haven't seen an answer to the question yet just saying
Everything works.
Literally everything.
It's just a Developer config tool, you can change Wii U's settings etc. Those are very powerful and screwing one setting in a wrong way or changing values without knowing what it does can even make your Wii U unbootable.

I'm excited for Switch...

Edit: Just wondering as a side question who is excited for the switch?

The really risky options for CBHC users (which is a prerequisite for installing SystemConfigTool in sysnand?) are, for obvious reasons, System Format and boot status (the one that defaults to something like "2: after initial setup" - if set to "255: during format" you can expect what will happen on next boot)

And yeah, wupinstaller (app installation) + system settings (app removal) + saviine (save backup/restore) + ftpiiu everywhere (saves, and advanced settings - find the "prefs" folder in SLC) cover most of the features that are useful on retail consoles :)

What do you mean by the last bit especially where you mention ftpiiu everywhere and prefs folder and slc

Edit: also what do you mean prerequisite I just use loadiine.ovh to boot hbl then mocha so I can use hbl installed on home menu.
Also I don't have vc game for haxchi and CBHC

Edit2:I am now launching wup installer gx2 to install sys config tool ill see how it goes

Everything seems to be going to plan launching sys config tool now

that's fine. I have a 256GB card with redNAND installed to it. it's also used for both wii u and wii apps. redNAND will just appear as unallocated memory, but won't harbor the function of the card in any way.

I meant 256GB card. I still have loadiine games on mine with about 19GBs to spare. I deleted all of the main games in favor of usb.

I believe so. sct is a part of the nintendo sdk, so nintendo devs created it which is y u can't post the binary here, but a photo - I don't think that would be an issue.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
