Hacking Swap VC Buttons with the help of a CFW

Is it possible to swap the buttons when playing official VC Game Boy games with the help of a CFW? I want the B button to be on Y and the A Button to be on B.
PS: I have a9lh+Luma on O3DS installed.

Yea, just go look on that side for cryptofixed versions of vc, that will allow you to manually set buttons
