Hacking Supercard dstwo for dsi 1.4.3

Does anyone know how to set up my supercard dstwo to work on a DSi 1.4.3 console please?
Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions (from the very beginning) on how to make this work? What do I need to load into the supercard dstwo? Thanks a lot for any help.
