I just modded some of the item codes for the orbs anyway I noticed megas was disabled to.

I went through different things.

Gave myself the Key Stone item, mega ring, mega bracelet,
and Mega Evolution is still not activating.

I even went ahead and gave myself all the new items available to the game,
(despite everything being N/A and stuff), was thinking the effect may work,
but still no mega. Perhaps it's a story flag.

Even giving incomplete other Z crystals still activate different Z moves (though all play with Gigavolt Havoc animation)

someone made a luma compatible "code.bin" for that, but i can't find it too, other's have it in a different thread, somewhere called "hbg" which is short for home brew and general i think, but i can't find it :s
