Hacking Homebrew Stuck on nintendo switch logo when booting atmosphere on emunand

I modded my switch around a month ago and this week when I restart switch into cfw it hangs at nintendo switch logo but boots fine If i boot sysnand only fix I found is to delete atmosphere and do clean install from sysmodules I only use SaltyNX Missioncontrol and SysDVR and microsd I use is Sandisk 128gb. Is there anything I can do to prevent this since it is annoying to reinstall atmosphere everyday. HOS version is 16.1.0 and it both happens on atmosphere 1.5.5 and 1.6.2, microsd is FAT32 and I am also using themes on my switch. Sysnand boots fine without cfw but on emunand this problem happens

Exactly the same thing happens to me, I'm on 17.0
Sometimes I can get into emunand, but after using it for a while it restarts and it doesn't work again. Something curious is that when the problem started, the loading processes were very slow. I even tried other SD cards and always got the same problem.

My problem was I linked Nintendo account with linkalho and used exosphere and dnsmitm and it caused erpt reports folder to fill up which made switch slow
