Hacking strange problems on my 2ds 11.10

I new here and could use some help.I recently hacked my 2ds using the 3ds.hacks.guide or whatever and it seems to have worked fine but things have been happening.I've had occasional game crashes and even a game cart removed message on games I installed with fbi.This problem is the worst though because it seems the whole SD card was wiped down to just the Luma folder and Nintendo 3ds folder.Its the second time this has happened but the first wasn't as bad because I had nothing on it really.Is this hacking error by me or an SD card problem.Also just now when I went to turn it on the blue light came on then disappeared and nothing happened.I took out the card it started fine and turned it off put the card back in and works fine again.I'm confused...

Did you buy the sdcard on ebay by any chance?

What size sdcard is it and where did you get it?

Should be formatted FAT32 with 32kb clusters.

It was a 64gb bought at Wal-Mart..I had used the mini tool partition wizard to change it to all that but didn't check it using the h2testw so I'm not sure.
