that there isn't it means it's for another firmware and I can't play with it

I download it and then I want to modify it to start it on my ps4 9.00
i want to do as they did with horizon forbidden west
horizon forbidden west is for 9.03 and they changed it and starts at 9.00

I have the ps4 with 9.00 to make the modification and I stay there
the game is for ps4

The people dumping games from firmwares above 9.0 have a secret method to do it. You can't do it without knowing their secret, you'll have to wait and hope that they do it for you.
