His link leads to a wiki article. Dunno if that's what he linked to originally, but if that is where the problem was, i think he handled it in a decent way. I mean, just PMing a mod would have been better, but is there a "report" for non-forum problems?

for the wiki, you could just edit the problem yourself. The offending link would still be in the history so you might still want pm a mod i guess.
