Hacking Softmodded 3.2U... Advice on 4.x?

I need some advice... I've read many posts related to this but I'm still uncertain about things.

I have an early Wii which is hardmodded (Cyclowiz) and softmodded by me a few years ago. i have never used a hard drive with the unit and I have a 2GB SD Card in there. It's still at system 3.2U.

I'm contemplating going to 4.1... I'd love to use a 32GB SDHC card, but I'd kind of like to get some opinions about whether its worth it or not. Not only that, what is the best way to upgrade a soft-modded wii to 4.1?

Are there any advantages to 4.3?

I can always just leave it alone if it's best to do that, though I am thinking I should redo everything with modmii to get the latest ios's and so on.

You only need new IOS58, HBC, d2x, usbloader. SM 4.3 is hackable just like any others.

Okay, so if I was to upgrade to 4.3, what is the easiest and safest way? Does modmii take care of that during the process?
