On New 3DS, SafeA9LHInstaller is able to verify the otp.bin against the version in memory when doing the initial install, so this won't brick. Not so much on Old 3DS, though.Thanks for the answers.
Wrong otp, huh? I think that in New doesn't install if otp is bad.
The only Youtube tutorial I saw was the one linked in the written guide here. It was pretty obvious (to me anyway) that it was a bad guide to follow since he was doing steps out of order and didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. The written guide on here was absolutely perfect and super easy to follow.It's understandable that a youtube tutorial is easier to follow than our holy guide. For a newbie it looks very confusing tbh.
