Hardware limitation I would guess. O3ds has trouble with retroarch, I guess nintendo couldn't/wouldn't make a snes emulator work either. They probably want to push n3ds anyway.

I don't disagree, it probably could be possible. It's just way easier to make it work on n3ds and call it a day. I'm super curious as to what happens if someone loads the cia on an o3ds though.

I have a n3DS and I live in Brazil too, in fact, the New3DS isn't even that expansive here, this was at least xenophobic of you. You americans need to stop thinking you guys are the owners of the world.

Anyway, I'm happy about the exclusive SNES VC for the n3DS, it will encourage the developers to make more exclusive games for it.
