1 - In my opinion, the Old 3DS is more than powerful enough to run SNES VC, so there is NO NEED to make this exclusively for the New 3DS.
2 - If this is indeed true, they will only make a New3DS only release to make the revision more attractive.
3 - If I needed to bash anything to feel better I would be punching a bag in a gym as disagreeing with posts on a internet forum wouldn't be very effective.

still, snes vc in almost the final life cycle of the 3ds isnt a good move, i guess... its like giving you gamecube games on wiiu in its final days...

Actually the original DS emulates SNES, dunno why people says that isn't possible.
You can't compare an x86 processor to an ARM processor.
Architecture is different, power consumption is not even comparable.
Obviously, the ARM processor was build to last (Low Power Consumption), while the x86 was built to perform.
While ARM processor is getting better and faster, that doesn't mean the emulator will run 100% full speed because its newer or it has higher mhz.... This is not due to limitation on the processor, it could the coding itself, or optimization for that specific device/hardware, or even the complicity to code for a specific type of hardware. (As the software and the hardware needs to be emulated)
I personally don't believe this. Also if you say" oh the trademark and he couldn't have seen it blah blah blah" is there any proof about this?
supposedly the photo was shared before the capcom trademark was discovered, it just could be a coincidence or a hoax, idk
