Smillie problem

On the quick reply box at the bottom of a thread, when i click on the drop down smillie menu and select the

i know it's long isnce i should look into it.. but never find time ^ in may i will be more free and fix it

i thought it would be a simple fix, you probably have to wade through tons of code though.
