Hello guys im a freaking noob here. and i was wondering if you guys, could help me with something totally unrelated to this thread. i am trying to install retroarch on my new 3ds 10.05. am i doing something wrong or is it just that ninty patched something that doesn't let me play games on it?!

please try to find the correct thread for your question. unless you are running a 10.5 emunand, you cannot install cia files ie. retroarch. your only option to use retroarch is to use the homebrew launcher. http://smealum.github.io/3ds/ go here to see your options

I think it's just a bug, I'm getting it too.

Which pixel format is giving the red tint? That could be a mistake on my part. I didn't actually test all of the formats when importing

No one is able to help me well... I can confirm that neither dtls.py or dtls.exe can extract the other languanges (japanese, french, spanish or german) it only extract the english ones if you know how to extract the other languages PLEASE tell us

I'm just opening the ones up i found in ui/replace/chr/. The tool says ETC1.

The Ones in chr_10 are ETC1 an the files in stock_90 are ETC1A4

Ah, that's the issue. Try asking Sammi Husky. He knows a freat deal about the .dtls file. I believe he made the extractor and a repacker as well.

If all else fails there's always the option of making the IDSP files and injecting them into the nus3banks yourself...
But that sounds like a ton of work. Maybe a team could work together to do that.

Use brawlbox to extract the Brawl Textures

Open up foobar2000
On the top Left click on "File"
Then click on "Preferences"
On the left side click "Components"
Then drag the plugin to the right side
Then on the bottom right corner click "Apply"
It will then ask you to restart foobar200
After it restarts it should work

I hope someone adds model importing support for Ohana3DSRebirth.(Or adds Sm4sh file support for old Ohana)

Getting that red tint as well. It seems to be most severe on whitish colors. Robin's and Corrin's CSS have a really bad red tint.
