Hacking Shiren the wanderer on PAL

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get this game to work on my PAL Wii and TV using Wiiflow. When I force PAL60 I get a black screen and when I force PAL50 I get a red screen (that's a first) with text on it which is too blurry to read.
Anyone here maybe knows how to get this game to work?

I know this thread is ancient, but since it came up in a google search and I could not find any working solution, here is my own result - in case it could help someone in a similar situation:

I got it working with USB Loader GX Rev1239 with these game load settings:

Dol Video Patch: All
Game Language: English
