Hacking Shin Megami Strange Journey Save freeze M3 Real

I am trying to Save on Shin Megami tensei Strange Journey (U), but it freezes.
I have searched for a patch, but was not able to find one.
I have the latest Sakura firmware.

Could someone help to solve this ?
