settings information corrupt press O to restore to default settings.

How do i fix this BSOD on psp 2000 slim when i start my psp bsod pops out and says "settings information corrupt fix press O to restore to default settings" and when i press that the system will restart and bsod will pop up again and don't do anything (also i tried to format flast1 and reset settings via recovery menu but bsod still there) any fix???

Please help me if u know how to fix this kind of error/bsod
