Well, now I have a new problem, I've successfully extracted my smash bros save, but upon trying to dump the save back into the game the changes aren't there...I'll try again but if anyone has any solutions that'd be great!

Doing just as @kbmarinha said should work. Press B, wait a while, more than 10 seconds just to be sure, then reboot.

I'll try again...

Has anyone been able to write the save back to the 3DS with Animal Crossing? I am using the map editor, saving it, putting it back on SD. When I go to install I get the glitch screen and when I hit "B" for the install I get some more glitchs and I can see a row of grey question mark images. Not once has it worked in game but, when I put it back in the map editor all my changes are still there. This is weird and I am confused.

Make sure you don't have any more dumps from other games at the moment in the saveDataBackup folder. Even if they get a different save name, that interferes with the importing process.

I could edit acnl save just fine using ram editor. how do you edited your map? I couldnt edit it because it needs a RAM file.

A Pokemon can't have more than 510EVs. I suppose that it doesn't work because you gave more than 510EVs to your Pokemons...

So, as I understand it, it doesn't work with Sky3DS (due to the different sizes of the saves). I tried it with Super Smash Bros. and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, but I get a glitched screen, which doesn't allow me to do anything. Whatever I do, I'm forced to turn off the console, as it doesn't return at the Homebrew Launcher if I press X. With digital games (including Shuffle and Rumble World, fortunately) and original retail games, it works perfectly. I use a O3DS 9.9 with last boot.3dsx and last Ironhax installer.

I cant Play online with my Pokemons (Only EV Edited) Pokemon AS
If I remember correctly, someone (Game Freak, I think) had talked about a new way (or checks) to discover the users of illegal softwares. Maybe it was not a joke. :|

That was the issue, my data from Pokemon was still on there. As soon as I removed it everything worked. Thank you!

I tryed my cards of "Super Robot Wars BX" and "Youkai Watch Busters",but the saves it dumped are encrypted. So these saves can't be edited.
And I tryed my download game of "Taiko no Tatsujin Don to Katsu no Jiku Daibouken",the save it dumped is decrypted and can be edited.

So,can this tool dump decrypted saves of card games?
