Hacking Running Gamecube Backups in CFG USB Loader

Hello!

Sorry to post with a problem like this since it's probably very easily solved for anyone savvy with this stuff, but I have no ideas what I'm doing when it comes to things like this.

I just recently got my Wii backups up and running on my system. So my wii games run fine from disc or backup and I now use CFG Loader to run them. The problem is, I can't seem to get GameCube games to run from my backup anymore when they used to run just fine. DIOS MIOS 2.10 is installed and I can run a GC disc with no problems. When I try to run the backups through CFG Loader though (I used this guide to hook it up when I installed it) the DIOS MIOS logo shows up but then the screen goes black and the game never comes up (I usually hit reset on the Wii which turns it off). I've also tried DIOS MIOS Booter, with the same outcome.

Does anyone have any ideas about what is causing this to happen? I've tried troubleshooting the problem with this guide, but it didn't solve anything (Unless I did something wrong :/). I'm kind of lost on what I can do to fix it. I'd really appreciate any help anyone could offer me! Sorry again!

So I know this thread is dead by now and I guess my problem is probably too vague to be able to solve really. So if it's ok, I'd like to ask a new question.

Would formatting the Wii Memory and homebrewing it all over a second time through a different guide (one that seems to be able to run both types of games) help fix the problem? Is there any reason I shouldn't do that? Or are there any dangers, like should I go about it a specific way? Anyone that could offer me some advice on this, I would immensely appreciate it.

Also if anyone has a guide they used to homebrew their Wii that ended with being able to load Wii or Gamecube backups (from a USB HDD) I would appreciate that as well. Sorry to be so needy but I've tried a lot of different videos online and I haven't any success fixing it yet.
