im been away from the wii scene for a while now

i was curious did anyone Ever Update or Modifie Retroarch for Wii with "Wiimote lightgun" Support ?

Hope Someone could Link me if there is one or if not could update me on the status if there is ever going to be one

Simple answer: No.
Long answer: RetroArch has added support for using mouses as a substitute for an actual light gun. However, that only applies to the PC version. RetroArch on consoles have never taken advantage of a certain consoles capabilities, so if light guns work with a mouse on PC, the same applies to other platforms. If you want to play light gun games on the Wii, your better off using FCE Ultra GX instead.

Genesis Plus GX also supports light guns for the Sega Master System and Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.

Genesis Plus GX also plays Sega CD games, and since that supports light guns already then the answer is yes.

Also which version is the best to download Genesis Plus GX ?

Unfortunately, I do not know a lot of MAME. But if there is a version of MAME made specifically for the Wii, then I don't see why it wouldn't support light guns.
