-edit. already been done, whoops
http://gbatemp.net/threads/reverse-engineering-golden-sun-dark-dawn-exp-multiplyer-code.272880/

although that is the code for the U game, from what i can tell these are the codes for the EU game...? (the codes look different but seem similar)
so, from the other thread, i guess it would be:
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e08200A0
d2000000 00000000

and here is the jp experience multiplier code, so i will just put A0 on the end, from the other thread.
5212174C E0820000
1212174C 000000A0
D0000000 00000000

so now we have E, U, and J codes for 0.5x experience (all thanks to the helpful information that the guy from the other thread that i linked to provided) :)

here is the U code from yab:
5212194C E0820000
1212194C 000000A0
D0000000 00000000

(not even sure if these work, but i will test i guess and see :) )

-----------------------------------------------

from the codejunkies site, here are the exp multiplier codes. for E i think...

Code:
x2
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820080
d2000000 00000000

x4
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820100
d2000000 00000000

x8
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820180
d2000000 00000000

x16
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820200
d2000000 00000000

x32
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820280
d2000000 00000000

x64
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820300
d2000000 00000000

x128
52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820380
d2000000 00000000

it seems only the second line is being changed, the end part.
for x2, the number is 80, which is 128 in decimal.
for x4, the number at the end is 100, which is 256 in decimal

for x8, it is 180, and that is 384... it seems like it would be x6?
128 * 3 = 384... if 128 is x2, then wouldn't 384 be x6 not x8?
maybe i am wrong, maybe the code is wrong. a nice way would be just to see what exp you get from a monster, and see if it is x2, x4, x8 etc and see if the codes work how they should.

so, i would test out:

52121a08 e0820000
02121a08 e0820040
d2000000 00000000

does that make the exp x1? as in, normal?

then maybe changing the number to 2 makes it 0.5x
