Hacking Removed IOS 60

I removed IOS 60, I know it was stupid. I am on System Menu 4.0U. Is there anything I can do to recover that you may have heard of? I was thinking of trying the SaveMiiFrii, Drivekey, and Nintendo's Offical Wii BackUp Disk v1.31, but I heard that IOS 60 is required for the recovery menu to load.

Any thoughts?

Don't get rid of the Wii just yet tho, I am sure you will one day be able to recover from this brick, thanks to the NAND emulation from Wanky's cIOS38 Rev 14+,...

That would require you to be able to isntall that cIOS... and run the NAND-emulator.
That Wii is gone.

Send it to Nintendo or try to get it replaced some other way.
