Homebrew Remove Wii U Nintendo Network user with homebrew

Hi, I've got a PAL 32GB Wii U with normal Haxchi already installed, im searching for a way to remove a user from my console (which im pretty sure is the main user) and i dont want to format my console, ive heard about using FTP but im not sure exactly how to remove that user and make mine the main user, maybe moving my user files from 80000002 to 80000001? I'm user 2 btw
ive had this console for a long time from second hand, i can upgrade to tiramisu if needed
