you have to use python and pip to install some dependencies, then extract and build. it takes almost no time as there are few files.

I forgot. there's a single command that will do everything instead of those instructions: python -m pip install -r requirements.txt

doubtful, considering there's an sm64 port for the psp, and the vita.
