Yeah, my GCM's were skrunk so now I'll try with 1:1. Will get back to you if they work or not.

If you have trouble, post the name of the game you had trouble with and also add the logs as an attachment (might need to zip the logs, NUSPacker does an number on the log file sizes)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

This is what your guys SOURCE_FILES folder should look like for 99% of GameCube injections. Start with just these three files if you're having trouble and don't worry about the optional stuff until you have the hang of injecting.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has gotten CTGP Revolution Channel working as a homebrew inject yet. I have the game disc, if that helps. I tried making an install with the ctgpr boot.dol, but it came out corrupt (icon with a question mark).

That sounds like more of an issue with the title itself than the homebrew, can you post the logs from your script so I can check? Will be in the same folder as the script, log.txt and errorlog.txt

I included the "&" symbol in the publisher name, and I also had to press enter a few times for the script to continue after downloading base files from JNUSTool...

Using the 1:1 iso worked! Just one more question. Does autobooting not load memory card data? None of my games load their memory from the SD card when booted. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Extract the zip and put the file in the root of your SD card.

I did see somebody on YouTube get the channel installed, so I know it's at least possible. In that video, the game disc was not detected (necessary for CTGP), so it's most likely that homebrew within the VC layer cannot detect discs. I'm relying on the off-chance that the person didn't have a legitimate copy of the game :)

I have a problem with the WiiVC Injector Script, the problem is while it's "Copying downloaded base files to Working Directory..." it then says "ROBOCOPY FAILED TO CREATE THE WORKING DIRECTORY WITH ALL JNUSTOOL BASE FILES." Can someone help me?

What OS are you running?

Symbols like & aren't supported because Command Prompt is trying to interpret it as a command.

You can try using ^& but that also may not work.

So there is a Nintendont Doo for autoboot the game. But, if I install 2 games to NAND (each one has his own channel) both will autoboot the first game? Or how can I do for boot both when I want? @KhaderWelaye

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare

@Psionic Roshambo, I have a rom of the ds version of impossible mission
