That just means that no match could be made in the NoIntro database. (So no art is found for that file) I'll change the message to something more clear. It should match with (S)NES roms from the "NoIntro roms set".

The name of the titles should not matter as it uses the internals of the file. For most DSi titles there is no boxart unfortunately so it downloads this default image: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KirovAir/TwilightBoxart/master/img/dsiware.jpg. It seems on your computer it does not like the github ssl certificate. Are you using a proxy maybe or have a firewall in place?

I use an Mobile LTE Router ZTE MF920V/Mobile Internet.But is good to know where the fault ca nbe.
Do you have any Ideas which Security Settings is maybe needed to change ? The Router has not much of them.

It shows that for all my nes roms, and they match the nointro set...

Just checked with my nointro set.. Not a single match. Sha1 calculation is correct so something fishy is going on with either the rom DB data I have or the nointro sha1 calculation for NES. I'll have to check it out later.
Edit: The data from NES datomatic contains different hashes than this one for example. The latter are correct hashes for my set and I guess yours' too. I'll probably add these hashes as well in the future.

@Nomelas I couldn't sleep yet so I just added the libretro dat parsing and the extra NES dataset as a test in 0.4, this might fix your issue:

I think it is a good Idea.
Please backup your "boxart" Folder first,then please delete all Files in it and try a fresh download.
