Yea but it never said why. It literally works fine as long as you don't update the emunand. There were people on there saying it was working fine without unlinking.

sysNand and emuNand can not be on different firmware versions with ThemeHax.

I'm trying to run the newest rxTools from git, compiled myself, on my New 3DS (9.2.0-20U).

When I try to run rxtools.3dsx under Ninjhax 1, it immediately exits and returns to the Homebrew Launcher.
When I try to run rxtools.3dsx under Ninjhax 2, Ninjhax shows diagnostic information as if it were about to start Homebrew Launcher again, but freezes on a red screen.

I find this situation hilarious, given that I'm the author of the mentioned libkhax, and was also the one who fixed it on Ninjhax 2 =)

No. Devmode only. And avoid using 0.4b sysupdater.

If you try to update sysnand, use RXtools 3.0 alpha build (I personally test with alpha, don't know about nightly). On RXtools Menu ->Advance Settings ->Devmode.

Are you updating sysNand or emuNand? emuNand is fine to update in RX-Mode unless it's an N3DS which can inly go up to 9.5.0/

If I make a new EmuNAND, unlink it from Sysnand, and update EmuNAND to 10.1, can I reinject my old EmuNAND 10.1 (through EmuNAND Tool) to reuse my old titles and save files (the old folder)?

Yes! Or you can just use the same SD card and all your stuff will still be on there.

OK, I resolved one problem, but I have another: I'm getting the error "Failed to load NATIVE_FIRM: 4".

Looking at the source code, it is because I don't have /rxTools/data/0004013820000002.bin. Except...I do. I also put a copy as 0004013800000002.bin to be safe. And firmware.bin. I also have copies of these three files on the root of my SD card.

I made the file using cdn_firm.py.
