I can't do the first item because it has the potential to break existing files. Two feature request you may be more interested in:
* Could you add support for adding text to messages which have no text, only a label?
* Ability to use CTRL-C to copy a label's text
Sure, I'll take a quick look over them. Which games use BMG files and what's their purpose?BTW: Do you want me to send you BMG files?
One or two from each game would give me a nice range of data to look through. If it's not too much trouble. Or just some from the newer games, Wii/DS for example.Do you definitely want me to send you BMG files, or can you get some from those games?
If you do, how many, and from which games?
You may need to edit the game's English font to include Russian characters. The tools to do this may not exist, also it may not even be possible to include double byte characters in the font depending on its format. Good luck I suppose.I can modify "Kirby's Return to Dream Land" texts, but there's no fionts for russian in this game.
That's because it's in UTF-8 format and the program only supports 16 right nowHey @IcySon55, when opening Detective Pikachu's MSBTs the text shows up garbled. Any chance you could take a look? I've uploaded them here: https://u.pomf.is/znttqq.zip
Well, Art Academy's MSBTs use UTF8 but they're not exactly the same as Detective Pikachu's.Is it possible for you to support utf 8 encoding for msbt files
But with modification it should be able to work with it?Well, Art Academy's MSBTs use UTF8 but they're not exactly the same as Detective Pikachu's.
I don't completely understand the format yet so this modification is not able to read the text in Detective Pikachu's files. But with modification it should be able to work with it?
