Anyone thinking this is illegal, it's quite fucking obviously not, the program itself is not illegal, it contains nothing illegal in it. Just because it's used to generate something that when shared is illegal doesn't mean that it's illegal to use this tool. If it were to contain the common key then it would be illegal, but like this it isn't.

why is it illegal to own a string of numbers and letters...
It's not and never will be, people are just easily bullied by corporate lawyers and too afraid to stand up for themselves.

I

In that case I claim the number 555 and I claim the color #0019FF
I claim 0 and 1 in binary and now every digital file ever made from this point on is infringing on my imaginary property rights!

This is great! Couldn't we use this method to share slot0x??key??.bin files legally for the 3ds as well as keys for the wii u?
If there is enough interest, i can totally add that feature.

Umm what do i use this key for? I haven't touched my DSI since having 3ds. (NOOB ALERT)
It's for downgrading a Nintendo DSi, you need this file to use for NUSDownloader.

So how is user input making this more legal? Does the input in anyways actually matter to the outcome of the file? I mean what kind of questions are we talking and why?

This new release of Math Blaster seems to be a bit of a downgrade :-/

lol it's a .bat file, look through it yourself

Here's a summary of the bat file if anyone's curios (in pseudo code):
Code:
Ask user Type a Letter,
Ask user Type a Letter,
Ask user To type Space,
Ask user to type Number,
*Repeat the for process for 41 questions*
Take all user's input, and save it to a text file.

It's perfectly safe, The program just has you type out the common key manually based on 'hints'

You then take what you've typed, and save it in a bin file as raw hex.

It's much cleaner than the batch files I used to make back in the day, and the md5 check is a nice touch.
But it could still be improved.

...And the Name is a bit misleading.

It's by no means a 'Key Grabber', 'Key Generator' would have been a more appropriate name.

Very true, I just didn't like the sound of that, it sounded too generic, but I see your point.
EDIT: Are you THE BOBdotEXE?
EDIT2: What kind of improvements?
I'm the only BOBdotEXE that I'm aware of. (yes, I do pop up here, and there)

And the main improvement would be to use a text based md5 hash program,
But it may also be possible to have the text converted to hex code via cmd as well,

With that, you could have the one script do all the steps instead of having to use 3 different programs.
