I'm not sure but the banner.bnr made with your .obj is > 1 mb maybe it's possible to compress it with EFE.Im

But i'm not an expert, @Apache Thunder may help you with this process...
Try to make simple modifications on an existing banner before trying make one from the scratch

Problem is it only saves COMMON1
I want to inject multiple or make it the same as the original banner but retain the image quality (see image 2)
The default banner is terrible (EU) so Blurryif I understand you want to keep the Japanese banner with your image instead of the original ?
I look if there is the possibility to make some changes with NW4C and 3DEditor or Nintendo Ware Creative Studio

Whats the size constraints on your 3D banner tool you are working on because having a flat 3d image could work also since no quality loss
Man thats pretty nice i could essentually have a flat banner that can us the full height dimesions and it be better qualty than original.you can build a 2D banner with ba-GUI-nnertool and a 256x128.png
but if you want to make a flat 3D banner with maya (example) there is only a limitation about polygons (and size/visibility on homemenu)

I have the custom image already made to fit with the dimensions just need it made 3d to get maximum image size and quality Here are 2 ideal ones slight smaller in height and the last one is a shrunk source file *was 4k Originally*

Have you tried to drag the bcmdl ?No matter what I do, I just can't open a bcmdl with Ohana. I know that I'm not supposed to use the Rebirth version, so should I use the one in the Ohana3DS.zip from here? How I've been doing is I opened Ohana, went to the Textures tab and clicked on open, but anytime I try to open a bcmdl or cgfx file it gives me an error which just says "Something went wrong".
