I don't think the cross-save menu even exists on the PS4 version unless you have the Japanese game on PS4 then yes you can.

hmmm okay thanks. I'm up to chapter 5 on the Vita, so i'm trying to figure out whether I should just carry on or restart on it now I have a copy on the PS4.

If you don't mind, what was your process for extracting the assets? I wanting to rip the sfx from the game however I can't find a single version of the game that I can do this with!

I hope this gets a fan translation since there are dialogue that were changed and removed for the western release. It would make for a definitive way to play the game, uncensored with accurate English subtitles.
