Homebrew Reinand to Arm9loaderhax N3DS

Current setup is a N3DS using Reinand with Emunand on 10.6.0-31U

I followed this guide to get here and things are working swimingly.

Since things are running so well I'd like to stir the pot and try Arm9Loaderhax.
Using THE GUIDE can I skip straight to Part 4 since my sysnand is already on 9.2.0-20U?

I guess my question is what is the best way to move ahead? I've searched around but not found a thread moving from one to the other.
