I was thinking to grab this game as soon as I see it discounted somewhere, but all I read are mixed reviews. Has anybody played it? Is it true that the game only lasts 2 hours for a 100% completion?

I've played it before and yes it is very short, but I found it pretty good. It's actually kinda hard at times, and also I'm a fan of the show so that probably kinda skews my opinion.
