do i can activate games without activated user i dunno or use psn patch because i have pkg files and rap files because im not good in topic plz help (because my ps3 slim cfw 4.90 eviliant cant activate)

Is your system banned? That's why you can't access PSN? btw, you can do it safely, just once for a brief moment and then disconnect, and you won't have to do again.
