heroes = ratchet & clank, even quark lol
worlds collide= can be taken literally in this case probably.
and the font on the bottom looks eerily familiar to the font used in recent ratchet games.

and of course it's from insomniac, what other heroes could they have? lol

The game hasn't been announced yet. It could be released on a variety of platforms, it's just tested on a PS3.
