Hacking R4i v1.4 Problems getting it to work with DSI XL 1.4.5e

I don't know.... their site looks like a ripoff of the R4i-SDHC.com. It might be a rebrand of the same card, or it might be a bad quality card. No idea.

Those cards have a timebomb to make the card useless (unless you change the year). Afaik, the 2016 card lasts till 2018.

EDIT: One more thing. Get the R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS. Even if they stopped supporting it, you won't need any other cart. Nintendo pretty much gave up blocking NDS flashcarts.

Yesterday I had bought a R4I Gold 3DS and it should be here between Monday-Wednesday. I'll report back my opinion on the device, but from what I've seen of the device, it looks genuine.

Never said it was, but I found this one would get to me quickest and still has an active support. Also I got it off a site I know so I can always return it easily if it's not up to par with what I paid.

Hum, I wouldn't have gone that route, I have no idea what you want "support" for, considering Nintendo pretty much stopped blocking NDS carts. Oh well, I don't really know that cart, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that their site was essentially a ripoff of the R4i-SDHC.com website. And they use a similar version naming system. I wonder if they're compatible with the R4i-SDHC firmware. And how do you know they're supported? Their website looks as outdated as R4i-SDHC's.

Please reply when you get it, I'd like to know more about the cartridge's overall quality.

Also, they don't say they've stopped production on the site. They say they stopped production of the R4i-SDHC 3DS, but not of their most recent flashcart, the R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS.
