Hacking R4 defect, but works with DSTT Files?

Hi, i have a R4i-SDHC 3DS (Pic). It works only if i use the DSTT Launcher + DSTT Files from Apache Thunder (Thread).
When i start it without this happens: Pic (Please upgrade hardware for support lastest firmware.)
The R4 shows as a Metroid Prime Hunters Demo.
Can i update the R4 with a .nds update file or with a PowerSaves?
(I have a N3DS (Patched TWL, of course) and a another R4iDSN)
