Hacking Question about Priiloader

I have a wii with 4.2E cios 249 rev14
what must i do to install Priiloader?
must i mod any ios?
how can i do it?

download priiloader, load it using the HBC, hold B and press +

done

to launch priiloader afterwards, hold reset as the wii is first being turned on

u can install system menu hacks etc, but u must have the right hacks.ini saved to the root of your sd card

Download priiloader installer from WiiBrew.
Run it with HBC follow instructions and you are done

I think you don't need to install any other IOS.
