Hacking PSP ONLINE GAMING?

I've been reading a lot online on how the dreamcast is still able to be played online. Why cant that be done with the psp and other consoles?

Well look at that. Does this have to be done through emulation? Or can I do this on my PSP?

PPSSPP is an emulator, so yeah...

I don't know if you can play infraestructure with emu+psp in the same room, but I don't think you can play online. (psp servers aren't dead now?)

you can also use x link kai to play online on an actual psp.
