since the time of DA CFW didn't support ISO/CSO >2GB,the main reason is that there is no ISO >1.8G. but this is overthrown by FF-type zero PSN version. PRO-B10 now support ISO/CSO >2G.
6.61? There is no 6.61?Is there any way to tell what firmware a PSP will have based on any numbers on the box? I just picked up a PSP-3003 really cheap, brand new, so I'd like to be able to return it if it's got 6.61 version of the firmware.
Or is the only way to boot it up and check the menu? How recent is 6.61?
ahh thank you my cousin got a new psp today thats on 6.60 and was asking me if i could make it so i can download games for him so I was wandering if his was even hackableThe last digit is just the region code. Think of the models as 100x, 200x and 300x where x represents whatever region number the PSP is from.
Every psp Go comes with 05g, which can be downgraded to 6.20 to hack with permanent. You're fine with temporary, imo; it's time consuming to downgrade + psp Go's (compared to psp 1000/2000/3000s) are slow on booting up when it's on permanent. But if you feel like installing permanent, you can downgrade it.I just got a PSP Go with 6.60
Am I stuck with temporary hack? No way to downgrade?
