ROM Hack Project Pokemon Watt Black 2 and Scorch White 2

Good day! I am in the proccess of making a new hack of the just released Pokemon Black 2 and White 2. The purpose is to have all 649 Pokémon available without the ability to trade.

Goal Features:
-All 649 Pokémon available. There is even a wider selection.
-Pokemon can have up to 5 abilities. (2 Watt Black abilities, 2 Scorch White abilities, and the Hidden Ability)
-Tougher Gym Leaders. (Their specialty type remains the same.)
-Trade evolutions and Happiness evolutions to be removed.
