I don't recall that these textures looked like that on the Wii in the time I played it on my Wii :O
I'm sure it's due to my settings (but which one).
It look so pixelated.

Thanks for any advices.
PC specs are in signature.

That's definitely a bug, especially that 4th picture.
Did you check the dolphin wiki page ?
They do mention this (not sure if that is the same problem): Banding may be present in shading on characters and surroundings. To fix it, turn on Force Texture Filtering.
Alternatively if you really can't fix it, you could try the Ishiiruka version, see if it works better.

Maybe it's also time to download an HD texture pack.
Do you know one compatible with the PAL version (SOUP01) ?

isn't it to be intended by the game itself to have a ''focus'' shader ?
I remind playing with such on the console.
there might be a code or patch to remove that effect but then it will not match the authenticity of the game I think ^^

Edit add screen and a video so you can check and compare ^^
latest

Here a video so you can compare :
Video on youtube, not mine :P

I think the special effect's they apply on stuff is still low res but you may have dolphin kicked up to a higher one, and the original low res of the wii may have had the image seem so blury you never noticed the jaggedness of the special effect's like blurring the background, though picture's 2 and 3 seem to throw my theory out the window with how they only have it patialy effecting her dress and theirs the close up wall that throws my distance blur idea too
