Hello everyone! I have a bit of an odd problem, I'm trying to jailbreak my 3ds using the guide at 3ds.hacks.guide. I've been following the guide, but when I get to the part that says "Press and hold (Start), and while holding (Start), power on your device. This will launch GodMode9" I hit a bit of a snag.

My 3ds will not recognize select or start at system boot, and thus I can't access Luma3ds or GodMode9 to complete the rest of the guide at 3ds.hacks.guide. Instead of taking me to the Luma or Godmode config, it just dumps me at main menu. I do have Luma3ds installed and can access it in the menu itself by the usual button combination, I can confirm it's loaded at start because of a splash-screen I downloaded. I can also confirm that the file /luma/payloads/GodMode9.firm exists and should be the latest version.

Does anyone have any ideas about what's going wrong? The select and start buttons work fine except for system startup apparently.
Many thanks!
