Hacking Problem rebuilding cheat file for Pokemon Pearl (U)

Using 16 Sept 2009 CHEATS.XML

On AKAIO 1.5 using AK2.1

Whenever I go to the menu and hit cheats, it pops up the progress bar... it progresses. after about 10 seconds it goes to full progress. And stays there.

It works fine for Pokemon Platinum and another 3 games I tried on.. except this one

EDIT: Works fine when I use CHEAT.DAT
