Hardware PRO C2 Recovery download link?

Does anyone have a working link for temporary PRO-C2 Recovery CFW? I've just found my old PSP Go, which has 6.60 PRO-B10, but none of the download links for 6.60 PRO-C2 work.

Also, how do you update from PRO-B10 to PRO-C2? It's been years since I installed CFW, so I don't remember, and all of the guides seem to be for installing from scratch as opposed to updating an existing version. Thanks guys!
