Hacking Possible to downgrade?

As the title says, is it possible to downgrade o3ds from 9.4.0-21U to 4.X? thanks

Nope. Your only hope is that you have a NAND backup of the 3DS when it was on 4.X.

Yes, you can downgrade with hardmod method and if you have an old backup of your nand (4.x-9.2)

If you have a backup of your nand in that version you can do a hardmod.

Thats not pirating. Pirating copies the original so that there are two copies. Stealing removes the original without making a copy. Stealing and Piracy are different, he didn't pirate the 3ds he Stole it.

You can only downgrade on 9.2 or lower using Gateway Launcher.
