Around what level does Riolu evolve anyway? I know it's by happiness but is there am estimate?

Mine evolved at level 21, so, assuming you didn't KO it too much, around the 20s.

Mine is at 23 and still puny o' Riolu

A AR code is more easy to do this events... I will search for event codes in the cheats forum...and if there is a code for it, i believe... Can will i post the AR codes in this topic???
